FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG - THREE WEEKS AGO

Sasha and Dexter last went out on the trail two weeks ago. It has taken longer to recover from an operation for a perforated appendix than I had anticipated. Still the photos assume a significance they would not normally have, because I had tended to take our walks for granted. There is more of Dexter because Sasha had been to the vet hospital to have her teeth cleaned.

Role reversal - Dexter lies, Sasha stands.

Nothing like lying on a log.

We can question that.Posted by Picasa

Another log, another attitude.

Dexter ready as ever.

Moving up.
Stepping down.

Reflection.

This is the life.

"Sometime too the hot eye of heaven shines".

And in her way, Sasha too is pleased to bask in the sun.

There were plans unrealized, but we will seek to join Friday Ark and with an optimistic spirit catch the Carnival of the Dogs.
